Delete your LekhMitra account

You can delete your LekhMitra™ account at any time. LekhMitra is operated by Team LekhMitra.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open LekhMitra and log in.
  2. Tap your name at the top right, then Account details.
  3. Under Security, tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and you are logged out.

Can't use the app?

Email support.lekhmitra@processfeed.in from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my LekhMitra account". We may ask you to confirm the request, then close the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What happens to your data

  • Your account is marked as deleted. It can't be used to log in, and it no longer appears anywhere in the app.
  • We keep the record of the deleted account on our servers: your full name, email address, password hash and account activity (when the account was created, updated and last used).
  • If you sign up again with the same email, you get a new, separate account. Nothing from the deleted account is carried over.

Deleting your account doesn't affect any government portal account (RCCMS, eHRMS, Bhulekh and others). Those are managed by their own websites.
